Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior sales executive or in a similar sales role, with specific focus on selling performance marketing and paid digital solutions (e.g., SEM/PPC, Programmatic & Display, Paid Social)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance metrics (e.g., CPA, CPC, CTR, Impression Share)
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in the digital marketing space
- Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor digital solutions accordingly
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales in a competitive environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate the value of paid digital solutions to executives
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined work ethic, with strong communication throughout the sales cycle, consistent and thorough client follow-up, and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new reporting systems and software as required
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and target potential clients who require performance marketing and paid digital solutions. Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to prospect, generate leads, and build a solid sales pipeline
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet individual and company-wide sales goals. Align offerings with client objectives and develop proposals that showcase the benefits of performance marketing and paid digital solutions
- Consultative Sales & Solutions: Conduct deep dives into clients’ business needs and challenges. Present customized solutions that leverage performance marketing tactics to drive ROI and achieve client goals
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Lead presentations to executives and other stakeholders, demonstrating the impact and ROI of paid digital marketing campaigns. Negotiate campaign budgets and length of campaigns
- Reporting & Performance Metrics: Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance, client acquisition, and campaign outcomes. Use analytics to adjust strategies, forecast sales, and optimize results
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Position yourself as a trusted advisor who understands the client’s business goals and can deliver measurable results through our solutions
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with revenue office and other internal teams to develop impactful proposals and optimize campaign strategies. Manage and organize client campaign and project details for handoff to the internal account teams in a timely and effective manner
- Thought Leadership & Brand Ambassador: Serve as Unlock Health brand ambassador and thought leader, sharing best practices to the larger industry and promoting Unlock Health’s performance marketing team, products, and services
- Client Retention & Growth: Assist as needed in developing, growing and maintaining accounts to help generate revenue, expand relationships within the client’s organization, and find new opportunities to introduce additional services and products
