Join Healthie as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer and accelerate our customer onboarding and subscription management systems. You will build seamless user experiences, focusing on optimizing user flows, automating subscription management, and ensuring data synchronization. Working with our Rails backend and React frontend, you'll integrate with third-party services like Stripe. This remote position, with a preference for hybrid work in NYC, requires 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with expertise in Rails and React. Requirements

• Have 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with a strong track record of building and shipping features in Ruby on Rails and React
• Bring hands-on expertise in integrating and optimizing payment systems, with direct experience working with Stripe or similar platforms for subscription management and billing automation
• Have implemented and maintained integrations with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, ensuring seamless data synchronization across business tools
• Have deep technical expertise in Rails, modern React (including hooks and functional components), SQL, and database design
• Understand REST APIs and web application architecture, and write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Be a problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, working both independently and collaboratively to drive meaningful impact
• Be an excellent communicator who values strong working relationships, whether with colleagues, customers, or stakeholders
• Have a bias toward execution, proactively tackling challenges and ensuring nothing stands in the way of delivering results
