The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS growth hacking and a deep understanding of the customer journey. The role is fully remote and open to India-based applicants.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a growth hacking role, with a focus on conversion optimization
• Proven experience in optimizing landing pages and blogs for SaaS products
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Conduct a thorough analysis of user behavior and conversion paths to identify optimization opportunities
• Lead the design and implementation of A/B tests on blogs to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product improvements
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the success of growth initiatives, providing regular performance reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the SaaS industry
• Knowledge of fundraising and nonprofit sectors
• Familiarity with tools like Hotter, Optimizely, Google Analytics 4, or similar conversion optimization tools
