Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to propose, test, and diligently analyze results
• Make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Comfortable working with open-ended problems in uncertain scenarios
• Advanced or fluent English
• Advanced SQL and Excel
• Deep knowledge of Process Management and Mapping

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for and operate the sign acquisition channel within QuintoAndar
• Optimize the operational process of installing QuintoAndar signs in advertised properties
• Propose, conduct, and analyze tests to enhance the results from the Signs channel
• Work on special Growth Projects aimed at bringing more qualified traffic to QuintoAndar
• Report on channel performance and project status updates to all stakeholders, including, among others, the growth team, the Signs team, and the leadership team
