Requirements
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, keep them informed on progress and seeking and providing support as required
- Experience as an application focused Business Analyst in a similar product-driven scale-up/start-up with clear knowledge of best practice Agile BA principles
- Demonstrated ability to undertake business analysis within an Agile environment with experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and management
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated functional and conceptual understanding of technology and logic
- Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications
- Creative problem-solving skills, willingness to show initiative to achieve work outcomes, leveraging a strong analytical and growth mindset
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and adjust communication style accordingly

Responsibilities
- Work to support Agile teams to deliver high-quality business solutions for key stakeholders within Pepperstone
- Engage with clients, vendors, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate detailed requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data model), demonstrating Agile behaviours across our client onboarding lifecycle, from sign-up to first trade
- Provide ongoing reporting and updates to both business and technical stakeholders issues on requirements and proposed solutions
- Consult with the business and product managers to shape the product backlog, using Agile practices to support prioritisation based on business value
- Collaborate with product managers and epic owners to support the development of business cases
- Provide multi-disciplinary teams with clarity to understand epics, user stories, the business-driven acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Assist with the elaboration of user stories and requirements, supporting team members with their work where required
- Proactively support the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual improvement
- Assist with the planning of demos and product/system testing
- Participate in and facilitate (where required) relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective and Workshops etc
- Participate in the creation of low or high-fidelity prototypes
