Summary

Join Evergreen Nephrology as a Sr. Analyst, Growth and play a key role in developing value-based partnerships with health plans and risk-bearing entities. You will manage growth strategy activities, facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, maintain pipeline trackers, and develop financial pro formas. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, along with experience in project management and the healthcare industry. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.   • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 3 years post-undergraduate experience
  • Project Management or related experience that required attention to work stream progress, managing across multiple priorities, and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and client management skills
  • Basic data and financial analysis skills
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • You have the ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment
  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wired to the house internet (Cable, Fiber, or DSL) and hardwired to the internet device is recommended
  • Team Members must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall growth strategy activities
  • Facilitate meetings to prepare for and debrief from key pitches
  • Prepare presentation materials for key clients
  • Maintain and update pipeline trackers
  • Document action items, assign owners, and monitor progress
  • Organize all documents and data related to key accounts
  • Develop basic financial pro formas to inform partnership discussions
  • Create comprehensive project plans and material for both internal and external clients
  • Provide organizational status updates for the broader organization
  • Record insights about changes in the competitive environment and share with stakeholders, including the strategy team and senior leadership
  • Engage with potential clients to request information and address questions throughout the deal process
  • Other duties as assigned
