Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and QA of our marketing collaterals
- Manage and update marketing databases
- Assist in the production and QA of print materials
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure team coordination and inter-department collaboration
- Collaborating with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned
- Project Management: Help keep marketing projects on track. You might create task lists, manage deadlines, and monitor progress to identify and solve any roadblocks that arise
- Process Improvement: Look for ways to streamline the marketing team's workflows and make them more efficient. Consider suggesting new tools or processes to help the team work smarter, not harder
- Engagement Support: Assist with planning and supporting marketing engagements. This could involve coordinating with the engagement team, managing vendors, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the scheduled events
- Reporting: Play a key role in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns. You'll help collect data and generate reports to assist in identifying areas for improvement. This will provide valuable insights to inform future marketing decisions
