• Knows their way around CleverTap – segmentation, campaigns, journeys
• Solid knack for writing engaging copy – push notifications, banners, in-apps
• Has an eye for clean design and understands what looks good
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and funnels – understands what numbers mean
• Curious about AI tools and how they can supercharge content, workflows, and marketing speed and make use of it

Responsibilities

• Supporting and executing in-app, push, and journey campaigns using CleverTap
• Writing crisp, high-converting copy for CRM and in-product communication
• Collaborating with design for creatives – from idea to final banner
• Analyzing campaign performance and generating actionable insights
• Working closely with product and growth teams to run experiments
• Keeping your eye on trends, competitors, and what's working in the ecosystem
• A hands-on owner of your projects – from ideation to execution
