Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a closely related field, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, driven to apply a wide range of expertise to achieve maximum output and business impact
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead nurturing strategies
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and multi-channel lead generation
- Ability to manage PPC campaigns and understand paid advertising platforms
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Excel to derive insights and improve strategies
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, ensuring timely engagement with prospects
- Analyze customer touchpoints (websites, landing pages, forms, etc.) to improve user experience and increase conversion rates (CRO)
- Design and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to engage high-value accounts and convert them into customers
- Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across various marketing channels in collaboration with the broader Marketing team to generate high-quality leads
- Establish and refine analytics via tools to measure performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
- Partner with external teams to implement and manage ad-hoc PPC campaigns
- Coordinate with the broader Marketing and Business teams to ensure that growth strategies are aligned with the overall business and marketing objectives, ensuring coherence and maximizing impact across all initiatives

Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
