Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven expertise in either Demand Generation or ABM, with a strong understanding of multi-channel campaign management, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization
  • Hands-on experience with content distribution strategies
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making and reporting
  • Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Partnership teams
  • Creative, solution-oriented thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel Demand Gen campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to distribute early-stage engagement content such as educational resources, thought leadership pieces, and invitations to webinars or live events
  • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts in collaboration with Sales
  • Create and execute targeted, personalized outreach campaigns to engage and convert key accounts, using tactics such as custom email sequences, account-based landing pages, and retargeting ads
  • Partner with Content to understand content pillars, align on content strategy, and ensure effective distribution that resonates with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and aligns with key pain points (e.g., ticket selling, fan engagement)
  • Design and manage lead nurturing flows, leveraging email marketing and retargeting to guide prospects through the funnel and toward sales qualification
  • Continuously analyze and refine strategies to improve conversion rates at every stage
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including MQLs, account engagement, conversion rates, and sales influence
  • Generate regular reports to share insights with the Commercial Team and optimize campaign performance
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and shared accountability for growth targets
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with Sales to share insights, align on strategy, and adjust campaign tactics based on feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce familiarity
  • Generalist marketing skills are highly valued, especially experience in content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising
