Summary

As a Growth Specialist, you will understand user needs, optimize user acquisition and retention strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with various teams. You will execute and optimize campaigns to improve user engagement and reduce churn. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, operations, or entrepreneurial consulting. Requirements
- Come from careers such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, operations, or entrepreneurial consulting
Responsibilities
- Understand the user audience qualitatively and quantitatively, identifying needs and improvement opportunities to leverage the value proposition
- Understand the LTV of different user acquisition channels versus their acquisition costs in order to efficiently reallocate investment
- Execute and optimize the budget in the creation of loyalty strategies and bonus campaigns to generate user connection
- Monitor campaigns and coordinate with other areas (Finance, Operations, Brand, Media & Creative, PR, etc.) to ensure correct implementation, measurement, and achievement of objectives on time and in form
- Implement and monitor initiatives to improve churn and user reactivation, focusing on budget optimization

Have experience with Tableau or any other data visualization tool
