Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, particularly within Pan India
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving successful client acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse business cultures
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in using data analysis to inform decision-making
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in Pan India, employing various outreach techniques to generate interest in Substance's offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, understanding their recruitment needs and how Substance can best serve them
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions in Pan India to make strategic recommendations for service offerings
  • Develop and execute actionable sales strategies to drive business development efforts and achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with recruitment and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and maximize lead generation opportunities
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports that provide insights into lead management and sales performance for continuous improvement
