Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working in digital marketing
  • Strong understands the influence journey and how to sell products in this environment
  • Experience in creative briefing, copy/content and creators/influencers ads
  • Understanding of data tracking and conversion measurement
  • Familiarity with all social media channels (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch...)
  • Experience with high-growth and/or healthcare businesses is advantageous
  • Advanced English and fluent Portuguese language skills

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of Influencers performance in Brazil within all categories, interacting with agency, analysing data, exploring new opportunities and implementing tests
  • Manage budgets to drive maximum returns for the business, in line with target KPIs, forecasting spending and acquisition volume within all the influencer hirings every month
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Growth team in Brazil and the UK, sharing results and insights on best practices and strategies
  • Develop internal relationships and collaborations with the agency as well as with the operations department to make sure all the contents go live with the correct briefs, products and gifts sent
  • Ideate and create performance creative briefs for influencers and creators content
