Summary

Join Luxury Presence as a Growth Staff Engineer and lead the charge in driving lead generation and acquisition strategies for our real estate clients. You will architect and optimize high-performing funnels, collaborating with Product, Data, and Marketing teams. As a technical leader, you'll ensure our paid media initiatives scale effectively and deliver measurable results. This role demands expertise in growth engineering, paid media, and data-driven architectures. You will mentor engineers and champion experimentation and innovation, while collaborating cross-functionally to elevate technical standards. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building web applications (Node.js, React, Redux, Angular, Next.js, etc.); GraphQL experience is a plus!
  • Proven success in growth engineering or similar roles, with a focus on paid media and lead generation funnels
  • Deep expertise in data-driven architectures, RESTful APIs, microservices, and scaling systems for high-volume user engagement
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, in-memory, and distributed databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, AuroraDB)
  • Hands-on experience integrating with 3rd-party APIs, external frameworks, and libraries
  • Expert-level knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS serverless or containers), CI/CD pipelines, and automation
  • Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DI) and SaaS multi-tenancy models
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally)
  • Exceptional communication and demonstrated leadership experience, enabling effective mentorship and cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Funnel Optimization & Paid Media Initiatives: Design and implement data-driven strategies that enhance lead generation for realtors, including funnel creation, user journey mapping, and landing page optimization
  • Lead Funnel Optimization & Paid Media Initiatives: Work cross-functionally to develop, test, and refine paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) that drive sustainable growth
  • Architect Scalable & Maintainable Systems: Set the technical direction for paid media systems, focusing on performance, reliability, and the flexibility to iterate quickly
  • Architect Scalable & Maintainable Systems: Establish best practices for microservices, data pipelines, and integrations that power our end-to-end acquisition funnels
  • Mentor & Influence: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, sharing deep expertise in growth engineering and lead optimization
  • Mentor & Influence: Drive a culture of collaboration and continuous learning through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Champion Experimentation & Innovation: Implement robust A/B testing frameworks to quickly validate or pivot from hypotheses on funnel improvements and paid media strategies
  • Champion Experimentation & Innovation: Identify new technologies, tools, and approaches to maximize lead quality, reduce cost per acquisition, and deliver innovative solutions for our clients
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data teams to translate analytics into actionable insights, influencing both immediate feature development and long-term platform improvements
