Summary
Join Demandbase as a GTM Expert, Advertising and partner with the sales organization to position advertising solutions. This highly collaborative, customer-facing role focuses on delivering strategic value, shaping campaign outcomes, and accelerating platform adoption. You will act as the subject matter expert, guiding sellers and customers through the advertising engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales consulting to campaign reporting. This role is central to the Ads Assist initiative and involves collaborating with various teams to shape campaigns, content, and go-to-market messaging. You will provide ongoing feedback to product teams and guide stakeholders on audience building and performance tracking. The position requires strong knowledge of B2B advertising and experience supporting sales and customer success teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of B2B advertising strategy, campaign design, and reporting best practices
- Experience supporting sales and customer success teams in a highly consultative, cross-functional environment
- Ability to confidently lead customer-facing workshops and guide strategic decision-making
- Comfort working in high-volume, high-impact environments with evolving frameworks
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey the strategic value of advertising
- Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, PMM, Content, and Partner teams
- A growth mindset with willingness to propose and test improvements based on feedback
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product expert for Demandbase Ads during pre-sales, partnering with sales to educate prospects, address technical questions, and reinforce the value of Ads within the broader solution
- Support AEs, GADs, SCs, and partners in articulating the value of Demandbase’s advertising solution
- Lead Ads Assist pilot programs, from initial workshops through campaign wrap-ups and reporting
- Collaborate with product, PMM, Content, Revenue Marketing, and AdOps to shape campaigns, content, and go-to-market messaging
- Provide ongoing field feedback to product teams for optimization and roadmap alignment
- Guide internal and external stakeholders on audience building, campaign deliverables, performance tracking, and cross-product demand generation
- Partner with customers to advise on advertising strategy as part of a holistic ABM approach
- Participate in marketing programs (virtual and in-person) and GTM Summit playbook development
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for training, mentoring, and internal enablement
- Help evolve the Ads Assist framework and scale it as demand increases
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in account-based marketing or sales tech preferred
- Willingness to travel for key client engagements when needed
