The role is fully remote, requiring reliable high-speed internet and proficiency with remote collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and maintenance in a B2B SaaS company
  • Technical skills: Expertise in Salesforce customization (e.g., workflows, dashboards, reports)
  • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, gong, SalesNav, outlook, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data analytics/reporting tools within Salesforce
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Looker/Tableau/PowerBI)
  • Understanding of sales and marketing funnel metrics and how to influence them through tooling
  • Familiarity with CPQ, revenue attribution, or customer success tooling (e.g Gainsight)
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication skills; must be a native English speaker
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira) is essential

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Own Salesforce configuration: custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and page layouts
  • Manage user permissions, profiles, roles, and record types
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to support GTM analytics and forecasting
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, deduplication, and data validation processes
  • Design and optimize lead, opportunity, and account lifecycle processes
  • HubSpot Management: Administer marketing and sales modules, including list segmentation, email workflows, lead scoring, and form management
  • Sync and troubleshoot Salesforce-HubSpot integration (e.g field mapping, sync errors)
  • RevOps Strategy & Analytics: Define and track KPIs across the funnel (e.g MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, sales cycle)
  • Build GTM dashboards for leadership and sales teams
  • Support accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Tech Stack Ownership: Integrate and maintain tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc
  • Evaluate and recommend tools to improve GTM efficiency
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and finance teams to align operational goals and maximize system efficiency
  • Project Management: Manage system updates and projects using tools like Jira, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
  • Training & Support: Document process and provide training to end-users on Salesforce best practices and support troubleshooting efforts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Jira for project management is a plus
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in early-stage SaaS or scaling RevOps from Series A to B
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales/revenue operations processes through Salesforce solutions
