Guest Experience Coordinator

Summary

Join Orlando Informer, a leader in theme-park vacation planning, as a Seasonal Guest Experience Coordinator! You will assist in planning surprise-and-delight opportunities and improve self-service processes. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for Central Florida theme parks. It's a remote position requiring Florida residency and full in-person availability on specific Meetup dates. Requirements

• A deep understanding of and passion for Central Florida theme parks is required
• Full, in-person availability is required during Orlando Informer Meetup dates, with additional opportunities for work throughout the year
• Florida residency is required

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service for Orlando Informer Meetups and theme park admission products across all channels (phone, live chat, text, email, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and X)
• Assist in planning and executing surprise-and-delight opportunities to enhance guest experiences
• Propose improvements to internal and external self-service documentation and processes
• Work toward our goal of providing personalized communication and memorable experiences for each guest
• Moderate and engage with our audience via social media to reinforce our brand and deliver value to readers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Two or more years of direct guest service experience is preferred
