Summary

Supporting the Director of Operations Experience, you will manage day-to-day booking tasks, ensuring successful itinerary execution. Responsibilities include arranging transfers, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and overseeing booking administration and CRM management. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of customer service/operations/administration experience in hospitality, and strong communication and CRM skills. Requirements

  • Have 1 year of experience with customer service, operations, or administration within the hospitality industry
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree
  • Have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Have strong experience with CRM, presentation, and data management tools such as Google Suite
  • Possess basic financial and billing knowledge
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Focus and guide self and work together with team members in accomplishing work objectives
  • Make customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions
  • Actively appreciate the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and work effectively
  • Set high standards of performance for self, assuming responsibility and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day booking tasks and ensure planned itineraries are executed successfully
  • Arrange and manage arrival and departure transfers, checking up with the field team to ensure everything is done as planned
  • Make purchase orders for the entire booking (except home items within home standards), track deliveries, and coordinate pick-ups with the field team
  • Be responsible for the entire booking administration and CRM management
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of Operations Experience

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with luxury hospitality, travel advisory, or concierge
