Summary
Join Orlando Informer, a theme park vacation planning company, as a Guest Service Champion! In this remote, Florida-based role, you will provide exceptional customer service for our Meetups, theme park tickets, and hotel bookings across various channels. You will resolve guest concerns, plan surprise-and-delight opportunities, and improve our self-service resources. Engage with our social media community and contribute to personalized guest experiences. Full in-person availability is needed for Orlando Informer Meetup weekends. Requirements
A deep understanding of and passion for Central Florida theme parks is required
Responsibilities
- Answer questions, provide guest service, and resolve concerns for our Orlando Informer Meetups, theme park admission products, and hotel bookings across all channels β telephone, live chat, text, email, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Assist in planning and executing surprise-and-delight opportunities
- Suggest improvements to both internal and external self-service documentation and processes
- Work to further our goal of providing personalized communication and experiences to each of our guests
- Moderate and engage via social media channels to reinforce our brand and provide immense value to readers
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Two or more years of direct guest service experience is preferred
