  • Marketing qualifications. - Experience with any of the following: email marketing, copywriting, designing and building webpages, graphic design, technical or creative writing, video editing
  • Diocesan services qualifications. - Experience working with Catholic dioceses, relationship building skills, experience managing VIP accounts or outside vendors
  • Data Specialist qualifications-. Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, experience using a parish database or similar CRM system, experience cleaning up and transferring large amounts of data, aptitude for technical work
  • Leadership qualifications-. Experience leading and mentoring teams of people, creative problem solving, track record of hitting goals and deadlines, good judgement and decision making, extremely motivated to help the team succeed

Responsibilities

  • Promptly answering support emails and phone calls from customers or potential customers
  • Reaching out to churches and other organizations who might benefit from Flocknote
  • Connecting personally with leaders in the Church and elsewhere to develop important relationships
  • Understanding all of the various software and new media tools already available to our customers
  • Figuring out and communicating the best ways Flocknote can help different organizations
  • Conducting Flocknote how-to demonstrations (in person or via webinar)
  • Giving important internal feedback to improve what we do
  • Troubleshooting issues, problem solving and assisting in the testing of new features
  • Being a contributing member of the team and helping to determine future developments, new features and the overall direction of the service

Preferred Qualifications

Sales-type experience is a plus, but not required
