  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing and mentoring product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in high levels of ambiguity while driving results quickly

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with overall business strategy and customer needs
  • Work with a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering and marketing to ensure seamless product execution
  • Translate business goals into product strategy, prioritizing initiatives that drive maximum impact
  • Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends to inform product development
  • Drive customer-centric development by gathering feedback, analyzing usage data, and iterating on features
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver measurable product outcomes, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
