Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile advertising, programmatic, or ad tech, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of ad platforms, RTB, and programmatic trading
- Proven experience managing high-budget ad campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and revenue growth
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead & develop the Product Ops team, ensuring efficient execution of client campaigns
- Optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, machine learning models, and automation
- Drive innovation by integrating AI and automation tools to improve ad delivery and revenue efficiency
- Monitor & mitigate risks related to ad fraud, invalid traffic, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align AdOps with business objectives
- Develop and maintain training materials and knowledge collateral to enhance team capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobile advertising, gaming, or e-commerce industries
- Background in automating ad operations using AI-driven tools
- Strong analytical and data science skills (Python, SQL, machine learning, predictive modeling)
