Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day so Sandra can focus on vision, strategy, and high-value relationships. Leading the team based on our company’s mission and core values
  • Ensure that the team is aligned, and systems support sustainable growth. Overseeing client service operations to enhance results and client retention
  • Drive operational excellence and scalability by ensuring that every function of the business runs efficiently. Predicting capacity needs of our growing company and guiding the team in improving business processes and efficiencies to ensure profitability
  • Conduct thorough audits of processes and systems, collaborating with the team to prioritise and implement improvements

  • Familiarity with the non-profit sector in the US is a plus!

  • Competitive Salary: Earn a monthly salary of $3500 - $4000 per month*
