Head of Agile Business Performance

Summary

Join our team as Agile Business Performance Lead and strategically and operationally manage the Agile Business Performance department. Develop and implement tailored concepts for agile transformations at team, departmental, and organizational levels. Advise clients on agile frameworks, scaling models, and change management. Actively expand our customer portfolio, including sales activities and proposal development. Lead, coach, and develop an interdisciplinary team. Represent our company to clients, at events, and in professional bodies. Requirements

• Proven experience in the IT industry, ideally in a consulting or project environment
• Several years of experience as an Agile Coach and in-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and transformation projects at team and organizational levels
• Experience in selling consulting services and in developing technical concepts and customized customer solutions
• Proven leadership skills and enthusiasm for team and talent development
• Strong communication and strategic skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent German and English skills
