Summary

Devtech is a global digital innovation company seeking a Head of Architecture to lead their technical architecture function, build out a community of practice, and ensure technical solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. The role involves leading strategy and execution, hiring and managing a team, and being involved in client-winning activities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, extensive leadership and solution architecture experience, deep understanding of modern technology environments, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology roles
• Substantial leadership and solution architecture experience
• Deep understanding of modern technology environments including hyperscalers’ native services (AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency in designing, developing and optimizing scalable and robust architectural solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of the technology architecture strategy and tactics
• Hire, onboard and manage performance of a high-performing team within the architecture function
• Be actively involved in the client-winning and initial project shaping activities
• Oversee the technical aspects of project execution
