Remote CRM Solutions Architect

Summary

The job is for a CRM (HubSpot Solutions) Architect at Huble, an international digital business and CRM consultancy. The role involves designing solutions using the HubSpot platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating documentation, leading technology configuration projects, conducting audits, defining success metrics, assisting with data migration projects, driving team certifications, and providing technology training.

Requirements

• Extensive experience of HubSpot use or similar CRM platform
• Computer Science, or similar technical qualification
• Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the whole process (consulting, solution building, implementation and training)
• Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (i.e. SalesForce, MS Dynamic, etc)
• Extensive ability to read and understand and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications etc)
• Sound knowledge of big data
• Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built
• Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design solutions that leverage the HubSpot CRM as a central component for clients
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting teams to craft innovative architectures and define the scope of solutions
• Create detailed Statement of Work(s) and essential documentation for the team to implement
• Provide training to clients, helping them seamlessly embrace the cutting-edge technologies of HubSpot CRM
• Understand client requirements and design effective solutions using the HubSpot platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope of HubSpot projects
• Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, functional specifications, and data models
• Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members
• Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement
• Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicate changes internally and to clients
• Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing
• Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff
