• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Client Success Team, ensuring high performance and strong client relationships
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and maximize platform usage
• Establish and collaborate on escalation points for product specific queries for internal teams and clients, ensuring timely resolution
• Provide strategic guidance on market trends, compliance, player acquisition and strategies
• Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to align client needs with our platform development
