Requirements
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or business development within B2B iGaming
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
- Great knowledge of B2B platform solutions, compliance, and iGaming operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured approach to work
- Great organisational and prioritization skills
- Autonomous and self-motivated
- High learning drive
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Client Success Team, ensuring high performance and strong client relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and maximize platform usage
- Establish and collaborate on escalation points for product specific queries for internal teams and clients, ensuring timely resolution
- Provide strategic guidance on market trends, compliance, player acquisition and strategies
- Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to align client needs with our platform development
