Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing consultant, broker, and partner relationships, with a focus on high-impact, strategic initiatives
  • Leadership experience in health and wellness or a related industry
  • Proven success in scaling partnership programs at an early-stage startup (<25 employees)
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Journey’s overarching consultant partnership strategy and build a team to drive revenue growth and brand recognition
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior leaders at top consulting firms, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
  • Lead and mentor the strategic alliances team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence
  • Represent Journey at high-profile industry events, building a strong network and raising Journey’s visibility within the benefits consulting ecosystem
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align consultant-driven initiatives with company objectives and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Track and analyze the performance of consultant partnerships, using insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
  • Lead consultant-related RFPs and manage high-stakes, consultant-led deals in partnership with the sales team
  • Design and execute consultant engagement programs, including training, outreach, and ongoing education on Journey’s offerings and value proposition
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to enhance Journey’s competitive edge and thought leadership

  • Compensation . The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 (annual OTE is between $200,000 - $300,000) and equity. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
