Summary

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, and tax compliance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven experience managing mobility, immigration programs, with a strong focus on effectively overseeing vendor relationships to ensure service quality, compliance, and excellent employee experience
  • In-depth knowledge of global immigration laws, relocation processes, and international tax compliance
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and strategic implementation of comprehensive global mobility programs and policies, including complex relocations, international transfers, and assignments, to help drive business growth and enhance the overall employee experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to recruiters, managers, and employees, providing expert guidance on mobility policies, relocation packages, and comprehensive transition support
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership in finance, legal, and tax teams to ensure seamless payroll and tax compliance
  • Develop and maintain robust vendor management practices to optimize global mobility processes and ensure effective partnerships with external vendors
  • Spearhead the evolution of the company's global immigration strategy, collaborating with the team to execute initiatives that ensure robust compliance with all applicable regulations and laws and alignment with broader business objectives
  • Proactively monitor and anticipate changes in global immigration policies, implementing strategic updates to company practices to mitigate risks and maintain compliance
