Remote Head of Customer Success

Summary

Join Enode as the Head of Scaled Services to lead our work on helping existing customers build amazing products with Enode. This role involves defining the customer journey, building a team, and collaborating with other teams. The position is fully remote within the US East Coast or Europe, with occasional travel.

Requirements

• Leadership experience, preferably from an early-stage start-up context
• Experience from customer-facing function, e.g., customer success, sales or marketing
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute and ‘get shit done’
• Commercial mindset
• Creative, ‘outside-the-box’ thinker

Responsibilities

• Lead our work with existing customers for the Scaled segment (start-ups, scale-ups, mid-market)
• Build the customer success motion and strategy for this segment
• Build a high performing team by attracting, developing, coaching and retaining top talent
• Own, define, track and report on team KPIs
• Collaborate with other Customer Success leaders and functions within Enode including, Sales, Marketing and Product

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in cutting edge technology to serve customers better is an advantage
• Expert on API business models, energy markets, DERs and/or demand response
