Requirements

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Several years of experience working in positions responsible for analysing data to make strategic financial decisions for an organization, with some years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing sales processes in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, with a deep understanding of analytics tools and methodologies
  • Strong programmatic thinking, with the ability to design and execute A/B tests and experiments
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to develop and execute sales plans that align with company objectives
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions under pressure, and lead through uncertainty

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data analytics to identify sales trends, customer behaviour, and revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies based on data insights
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Lead efforts to maximize revenue through strategies, upselling/cross-selling, and subscription model enhancements
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine sales processes and increase conversion rates
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with lead generation activities
  • Establish comprehensive sales tracking mechanisms to monitor individual and team performance
  • Generate regular reports on sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue projections
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement actionable recommendations to drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute sales plans that align with company goals and market demands
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt sales strategies for different markets and customer segments
  • Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, ensuring their continuous growth and development
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment that encourages innovation and excellence
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs
  • Oversee online sales operations across international markets, addressing cultural nuances and regional preferences
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with local teams to gather market insights and adjust global strategies as needed
  • Remain level-headed and calm under pressure, particularly during high-demand periods or unexpected challenges
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions to sales operations
