Job Description: A Head of Engineering - Web3 position is available at Career Renew's client in San Francisco. The role requires managing high-performing engineering teams, having strong experience and knowledge of the crypto space, and experience in hiring leading talent.

Requirements

• Previously built and managed high-performing engineering teams in the past
• Strong experience and knowledge of the crypto space
• Experience in hiring leading talent
• Experience in system design, technical architecture, planning projects, and developing internal processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering function to build useful, fast, scalable product
• Have ownership over growing the engineering team from the ground up, be responsible for hiring and evaluating candidates, and the engineering recruiting funnel
• Be an active voice in product discussions, and help translate product priorities to engineering priorities
• Be a key member of the leadership team, and work closely with the co-founders and heads of other departments
• Help produce clearer engineering levels and growth paths, and mentor other engineers
