Requirements

• Very strong rust AND solidity with strong open source contributions or track record with reputable companies
• Experience as a lead eng or hands on eng manager with a solid track record at impressive companies

Responsibilities

• Take engineering projects from design to production while working with our developers to manage realistic roadmaps
• Implementation of our core infra in Rust and smart contract development in Solidity

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong history of shipping to prod
• Examples of smart contracts deployed / repos to demonstrate strengths
