Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in web application development
• Hands-on professional experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React.js, Vue.js, Next.js)
• Proficiency in database technologies, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks, such as TailwindCSS
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire engineering teams in a high-growth startup

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team through all phases of development, from conception to deployment
• Build, manage, and scale an extensive engineering team, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment
• Work closely with the founding team and CEO to align engineering strategies with company objectives
