Summary

Requirements

• Experience in AI and healthcare
• Proven experience delivering against KPIs / OKRs or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and innovation skills
• Creative and used to thinking outside the box
• Strong manager and leader
• Experience working in an early stage, fast paced, start-up environment
• Expertise building and deploying web and native mobile applications to a consumer facing audience
• Experience building a technical team and working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead our technical function, managing the engineering team
• Own our tech stack, setting standards, finding solutions for all aspects of technical delivery
• Ensure the tech stack is equipped with business analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI engineering and management roles
• Bsc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; relevant graduate degree is a plus
