Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years proven experience in audit, financial management and leadership within the software or technology sector, demonstrating a track record of managing financial operations at a global scale
• Proven ability in leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams, with a focus on building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the finance department
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, strategic financial planning, and the implementation of robust financial systems and controls, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• General understanding of international accounting standards, financial legislation, and tax regulations, coupled with the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes in different countries
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships across all levels of the organization and effectively communicating financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across TrustYou's international locations, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence
• Oversee and continuously improve all financial operations, including accounting, controlling, and planning, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives and international best practices
• Act as a strategic business partner to the management team, providing insightful financial analysis, operational KPIs and recommendations to drive informed decision-making and support the company's growth and profitability
• Align financial management strategies with the company’s global expansion goals, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business scalability and sustainability
• Participate in the global implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration across international business units to enhance financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
