Requirements

• Experience in, and a passion for, Web3
• A strong alignment to our principles: https://status.app/manifesto
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, with a focus on the web3 ecosystem
• Solid understanding of the investment landscape and experience working in-house with growth-stage start-ups / scale ups
• Deep familiarity with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
• Has superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail & a blend of finance, marketing and communication knowledge
• Proven track record of successfully managing investor relations programs

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive investor engagement strategy that aligns with the project goals and objectives
• Proactively seek out and maintain relationships with investors
• Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s mission and strategy
• Communicate the company's financial and business performance to investors and other stakeholders
• Serve as a touchpoint for investor inquiries and coordinate earnings calls, analyst days, and other investor events
• Work closely with the Co-founders and other members of the leadership team to ensure consistent messaging and transparent communication
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations in the Web3 ecosystem
