Summary

The job is for a Head of Pricing on a fixed term contract until January 2025. The role involves leading a team, implementing pricing strategies, interfacing with various business sections, and contributing to company goals. Requirements

  • An expert in price optimisation, analytics, regression analysis, and machine learning. You understand how these techniques can be applied to the economics of an online business
  • Comfortable dealing with complex data and ambiguity. You can identify what is important, what could be wrong, and get solutions in place quickly
  • Decisive and drives commercial value, rather than just technical development
  • A great people manager with demonstrated success in team building, mentoring, coaching, and performance management

Responsibilities

  • Lead, nurture, and develop a well established and hardworking team
  • Build upon and extend the existing infrastructure so that cutting edge pricing and analytics practices are implemented throughout our commercial business
  • Look after commission pricing. You’ll interface with insurance product, partnerships, new tactics, and pretty much every strategic part of the business
  • Work closely with a cross-section of the business in assessing and implementing changes
  • Communicate results, create and galvanise the vision for the team and broader business
  • Actively contribute to company social, environmental and DEI goals
