Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics or related field
• Strong history of successfully delivering AI SaaS products to enterprise customers
• Demonstrated ability to drive a rapid prototyping team leading to scalable products
• Strong understanding of current AI technologies and future trends
• History of individual technical contributions on a product development or prototyping team
• Strong understanding of current AI technologies and future trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product and technical roadmaps for new LQM products that incorporate technical capabilities, market research, and customer feedback
• Translate AI research and prototypes into scalable, market-ready products and features that are delivered to customers
• Prioritize features and development tasks to optimize team output and meet product timelines
• Build a cross-functional team of AI researchers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists to develop cutting-edge AI-driven products
• Collaborate with SandboxAQ business units to drive AI innovation and adoption in SandboxAQ products
• Establish and maintain a lean startup methodology for prototyping and product development
• Stay abreast of the latest AI research and advancements, integrating state-of-the-art techniques into product development efforts
• Drive the filing of patents for novel algorithms, models, and methods developed by the team
• Foster an entrepreneurial culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative improvement to accelerate time-to-market
