Requirements

  • Product track record: you already proved you are focused on Product, delivering high-impact solutions

  • Hard skills: you are very analytical and tuned into industry benchmarks to solve our client's needs. We are looking for exceptional problem solvers
  • Design thinking: demonstrated ability to gather user requirements (even when the user does not know about it) and convert them into a compelling product vision
  • Fast-pace: you are used to aggressive launch dates and make decisions in a fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Empower and train new leaders
  • Motivate and engage PMs (product managers). Leadership function - engage, motivate, evaluate
  • Deep dive into execution, grab different inputs and discuss the end-game solution with key stakeholders. Set expectations and help the team translate complex problems into product vision and roadmap
  • Lead a senior product squad, prioritizing its bets, and coordinating cross initiatives
  • Influence business strategy and product organization. Help the business to scale fast and enable sustainable growth
  • Lead OKRs planning and quarterly roadmap for the squad. We expect you to drive strategy, and ensure the execution flows as planned
  • Ensure your squad is well-organized, productive, and happy. Iterate rituals and integrate product, design, engineering, data, and QA
  • Guide and develop the career team
  • Kick-off new discovery streams, anticipate pilots, and validate hypotheses before the quarterly planning. Ensure we are using engineering wisely
  • Study big trends that affect your product. Ensure you are bringing insights from outside world and connecting dots
  • Play a key role in the PM hiring process and help us to scale an A player team
