Summary
Join Roofr's highly collaborative Growth team as the Head of Product Growth! You will own the conversion, monetization, and expansion product strategy, partnering with marketing and engineering teams to develop and launch growth initiatives. This role requires at least 5 years of product management experience in growth-focused roles, a proven track record of driving growth, and expertise in customer research and analytics. You will report to the SVP of Product and play a key role in building the most trusted roofing platform. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in growth-focused roles
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth and optimizing key business metrics
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably at a SaaS company
- A strong intuition for product design and user experience
- Significant customer research, user testing, and/or product analytics experience and expertise
Responsibilities
- Own Roofrβs conversion, monetization, and expansion product strategy and roadmap
- Partner deeply with Growth Marketing and PDE (Product, Design, Engineering) teams to develop end-to-end hypotheses, proof points, experiments, and (ultimately) solutions to increase revenue, efficiency, and delight your customers as they grow with Roofr
- Ideate, build and launch product features/initiatives to grow our revenue and accelerate revenue velocity
- Partner with go-to-market teams to win new accounts, drive feature adoption, reduce churn, and expand customer subscriptions to grow the customer base
- Deliver delightful and relevant consumer experiences that help roofers discover new solutions and get the most out of the Roofr platform
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL, Segment, Amplitude and creating/maintaining event tracking schemas
