Summary

Join Veriff as the Head of Product Marketing and lead the global product marketing team. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for our SaaS product. As a key member of the GTM leadership team, you will shape short and long-term strategies to achieve Veriffโ€™s business goals. You will manage product launches, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop compelling sales and marketing materials. Leading a team of product marketing managers, you will develop growth strategies and drive market leadership. This role requires significant experience in SaaS marketing and team management.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of marketing experience in the SaaS space
  • Have 3+ years of experience managing teams
  • Have a proven track record of developing and executing successful end-to-end product launches for global B2B products
  • Possess strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Be a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership to an international team of product marketers to ensure effective team performance and development
  • Develop strategic, differentiated product positioning, value proposition and messaging informed by market insights, and product understanding
  • Lead product launches and evaluate promotional plans to ensure that the key messages are effectively conveyed to customers, measuring outcomes and adjusting plans to meet the goal
  • Apply best practices for product launches and positioning, collaborating with product managers on pricing and packaging
  • Manage product launches and releases, both internally and externally
  • Work with product, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to scope the market opportunities in existing and new markets
  • Collaborate with brand and growth marketing teams to implement marketing strategies
  • Produce content and enablement materials for internal teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in the marketing division by enhancing processes, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of excellence

  • Have previous experience within the identity verification industry or related fields
  • Have experience working in a high-growth tech company
  • Have experience in managing budgets and optimizing ROI
