Responsibilities

• Lead & Optimise Operations: Take full ownership of KYC, Risk and Payments teams, ensuring seamless workflows and operational excellence
• Develop and implement best-in-class processes that enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and support business objectives
• Actively engage in daily operations ensuring teams operate at peak performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness
• Develop and execute risk management protocols that align with company goals and ensures compliance without compromising user experience
• Strike the perfect balance between fraud prevention and frictionless user engagement
• Enhance payment systems for efficiency, security, and compliance
• Reduce risk exposure while maintaining a smooth and trusted payment experience for players
• Work cross-functionally with the likes of Product, Marketing, and Development, teams to ensure operational strategies support broader business goals
• Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging insights to improve processes and decision-making
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, building a culture of excellence and accountability
• Support team leads in achieving KPIs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
