Summary

The job is for a Head of Sales at Enode, a climate tech company focused on accelerating the energy transition. The role involves leading the sales and growth teams, defining and executing a holistic sales strategy, and building a world-class sales team. The position is remote within the US East Coast or Europe with occasional travel.

Requirements

  • Significant experience successfully leading and scaling a 10+ people B2B SaaS Sales team
  • Demonstrable track record of growing ARR through strategic B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a similar Series A/B-stage startup
  • Passion for our mission of accelerating the energy transition as well as empathy for the team and our customers

Responsibilities

  • Lead and accelerate global sales by planning and executing a holistic sales strategy, targeted towards startups, scaleups and Mid-market customers
  • Work efficiently with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to set us up for high and sustainable growth
  • Become an expert on the Enode products, as well as our customers' use cases and the value we create for them
  • Build and develop a world-class sales team, all motivated by our mission to accelerate the energy transition
  • Drive platform growth with self-serve solutions for low-touch customers
  • Continue to develop processes, tooling and performance management for a world-class sales team together with revenue operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to lead by example and be hands-on with key accounts to drive a high-performing sales culture
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to dive deep into sales data to understand performance, forecasting, and reporting
  • Highly independent and organized, with the ability to self-prioritize and drive processes forward
  • Bonus: Expert on API business models, energy markets, DERs and/or demand response
