Requirements
- Has 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B services, consulting, or software development
- Knows how to scale outbound sales (not just manage inbound)
- Understands the unique nature of selling dev services (vs. SaaS)
- Has experience with U.S. clients and knows their buying mindset
- Has strong opinions on what great selling looks like
- Communicates clearly, directly, and effectively across cultures and time zones
Responsibilities
- Own our sales number – manage pipeline generation and revenue growth
- Build and lead the sales team (BDRs, SDRs, AEs)
- Run deal reviews, provide coaching, and support live selling
- Lead outbound prospecting and relationship-building efforts
- Focus the team on high-value activities, not internal distractions
- Sell consultatively – position our value to non-technical buyers
- Partner with marketing to optimize inbound leads and messaging
- Cultivate a winning, transparent, and high-accountability culture
