Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams across geographies
- 5+ years leading quota-carrying teams selling complex software or SaaS solutions with deal sizes ranging from $500K to $10M+
- Demonstrated success scaling revenue and building repeatable enterprise sales processes in a high-growth B2B environment
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to develop and execute GTM plans aligned with company goals and market dynamics
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment and partnering cross-functionally across product, marketing, finance, and customer success
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a world-class new business sales team across key regions and verticals
- Define and execute Jumio’s enterprise sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets
- Drive accountability and performance through data-driven coaching, KPIs, and forecasting discipline
- Own pipeline development and revenue forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency across the organization
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated, customer-first go-to-market execution
- Establish scalable processes and best practices for enterprise sales execution, including deal reviews, enablement, and competitive positioning
- Cultivate executive-level customer and partner relationships to support strategic pursuits and long-term expansion
- Represent Jumio at industry events, partner summits, and customer engagements to elevate the company’s presence and brand
- Hire, onboard, and retain top talent while building a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive sales culture
- Drive continuous improvement in pipeline quality, sales efficiency, and conversion rates
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, or cybersecurity industries
- Experience selling into regulated industries such as Gaming, Fintech, or Financial Services
- Knowledge of IDV, AML, and KYC markets and competitors
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and international markets
