Summary
Join Yuno, a fast-growing fintech company, as the Head of Sales Latam. You will manage the commercial organization for Latin America, own the regional P&L, and build a network of key partners. This role requires monitoring market trends, collaborating across business verticals, and engaging in C-level business development with top e-commerce companies. You will also work with the marketing team to build brand awareness. Requirements
- Our next leader should have experience in expansion in the Latam market, mainly in Payments or Fintech companies or financial areas
- At least 5 years in B2B sales within the e-commerce industry
- Mastering Spanish and English languages ββis mandatory
- Experience in operations management, consulting, strategy, technology, business development or a similar area (rapidly changing environment, P&L responsibility required)
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and business partners
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions and strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial organization for Latam
- Be responsible for the commercial P&L of the region
- Responsible for building a network of key partners, payment processors and alliances to operate in the local market
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and driver activity to identify market opportunities and threats
- Work across all business verticals in order to manage projects to ensure execution of them and impact the business
- C-Level contact to do business with the top e-commerce companies in the local market

- Work together with the Marketing team to build awareness
