• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to translate insights into compelling ad narratives
• A data-driven approach with a knack for analyzing and interpreting marketing data to optimize ad performance
• Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to motivate and guide creative teams
• Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy for all digital advertising campaigns
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with a team of creatives and video editors to produce high-quality, on-brand ad content
• Craft compelling messaging and storytelling elements to resonate with target audiences
• Implement A/B testing and data analysis to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI
• Manage and prioritize projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and demonstrate impact on business goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with A/B testing tools and ad campaign management platforms is a plus
