Join the SaaS Academy Team as Head of Video Content to shape and drive video content strategy that enhances Johnny's personal brand and the SaaS Academy brand. Develop and lead video content creation, execution, and optimization across multiple channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video content creation and production for social media and digital platforms
• Proven track record in developing and executing video content strategies, added bonus if this has been done with niche content
• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to articulate a vision and drive results
• Strong interest in B2B SaaS and brand-building, with an understanding of audience targeting and market trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the video content strategy that aligns with Johnny's personal brand and business goals
• Oversee the entire production process from concept to final edit, ensuring high-quality video content across social media, podcasts, and various platforms
• Manage video distribution across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and audience growth
• Lead and manage a team of content creators, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
