Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in US healthcare credentialing
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare credentialing
  • Amenable to work in a graveyard shift (US Time zone)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with credentialing software or systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Own Desktop/Laptop
  • Computer Processor: Intel I3/AMD Ryzen 3/MAC Intel I5
  • RAM: At least 4GB of RAM (8GB is recommended) with sufficient hard disk space available
  • Internet Connectivity: At least 20-25 Mbps and up wired Internet Connection
  • Back-up Connections & Power Supply: USB sticks, hotspots, signal-based & wireless connections only for back-up
  • Peripherals: Headset with noise-canceling feature

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documents and forms
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain accurate and up-to-date provider databases
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to healthcare credentialing
  • Manage communications with providers, payers, and other stakeholders regarding credentialing status and requirements
  • Review and analyze credentialing applications to identify gaps or discrepancies in documentation
  • Support the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures
  • Participate in audits and quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of the credentialing process
